Tim and Britt made us feel comfortable and provided us with good sound advice. I feel good about all that we arranged, and how it all went the day of the funeral. The Wooster Street renovations had to stop for a bit to let us out of the driveway to find a side street to start our procession to Custar. We had a gorgeous day to bury our dad and my mom's beloved husband. We thank you for the way you handled us around the big board room table. It made me realize how wonderful it is to not be an only child. Having my brothers and loved ones there to attend to the details was comforting. Thanks again for your professional services and for making our dad appear to be just sleeping peacefully. Until you go through the process, you can only guess how you will feel. We came away feeling it was the right place in our time of need. PS Loved having Gary Hartzler drive my dad in the hearse to his final resting place too. Have known him for years.....he also arranged their memorial stone for them on a house call a few years back.

My father, Bob Goldman, passed away while we were on a trip in Europe. Fortunately we had pre-planned his services. After one call to Brittany, we were able to take care of almost everything via email. I’ll never be able to thank Brittany and Tim enough. They are so caring and professional. The services for dad were wonderful. You made a tough time much easier. Thank you!

On behalf of the Zwierlein family we wish to thank you for making Cindy's celebration of life a memorable event. The loving event captured the wishes and choices Cindy scripted out prior to her passing. For that we are truly gratified, knowing she is now at peace, and her celebration of life was a reflection of how she lived. Cindy's funeral arrangements were in keeping with the way she lived her life... a caring soul, always sensitive to the feelings of others. I can't help reflecting on your funeral home's motto " Our Family, Serving Yours" a fitting statement demonstrating that your slogan rings true through actions and deeds. We know that this task couldn't have been easy for the staff, given your close relationship with Cindy. However, we really appreciate your professionalism and friendship throughout this difficult time.

Just a note to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for Larry's service. From writing the obituary, rescheduling the visitation date, ordering the flowers, you folks did it all with proficiency and grace and never a flicker of irritation. If a funeral visitation can ever be perfect, it truly was. The flowers and plants were beautifully arranged and were just gorgeous. Little did I think it would be like that! And the service itself was exactly what Larry would have wanted. He would have been proud. To each of you I again extend my heartfelt thanks for your understanding, sympathy, and tolerance. Even when we ran over the allotted time on Wednesday evening you were most gracious. Thanks so much for caring!
